Our Founders.

Over the past 18 years, hundreds of people have experienced first-hand the warm and caring compassion that defines the “Casey M Jedrziewski Memorial Scholarship Fund”, “For the Love of Casey” and the “Casey Center for Community Counseling” through our founders, Bonnie and Dave Jedrziewski. Their selfless commitment to helping others grieve, born from their own tragic loss of their beautiful daughter Casey, deeply touches everyone who meets them. Since founding the “Casey M Jedrziewski Memorial Scholarship Fund” and “For the Love of Casey” more than 16 years ago, Bonnie and Dave have offered free grief support where love is at the heart of all we do, and unconditional acceptance of all who ask for help is paramount.

Over the years, with the support of friends and volunteers, Bonnie and Dave have awarded more than $65,000 in scholarships and supported hundreds more seeking help in a time of significant loss. Dave served as unpaid Executive Director until turning that leadership role over to Bonnie in 2016. Both Bonnie and Dave serve on the staff of the Casey Center and on the Board of Trustees and give freely of their time and resources. In hearing the story of Bonnie and Dave’s journey of compassion and caring, many others have been inspired to give back in appreciation for all they have done and continue to do. We invite all who are able to join us in supporting the mission of the Casey Center.
